Stock Manager

Shifts you are applying for 24 hours per week:

  • Tue 10:00 – 17:00
  • Thu 15:30 – 20:00
  • Fri 14:00 – 20:00
  • Sat 08:00 – 16:00

As a Stock Manager, you’ll lead and inspire your team to prioritise performance targets in a fast-paced, challenging, yet rewarding environment. Supporting our online business growth, you'll play a crucial role in delivering top-tier customer service—focusing on swift refunds for returned items and efficient order fulfilment.

Investments in your development start on day one, and flexible working options are available.


About the Role

The Stock Manager ensures exceptional online experiences for our customers while supporting operational efficiency and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Store management on back-of-house operations, maintaining clear and effective communication
  • Manage teams to execute accurate stock processes within an efficient, safe, and target-oriented environment
  • Foster a supportive, motivating, and inspiring team culture
  • Demonstrate hands-on leadership—adapting quickly to change and working closely with the team
  • Ensure real-time, accurate communication to meet business demands
