Stock Manager - Dublin Henry Street
Shifts:
- 27.75 hours per week
- Sun: 12:00 - 18:30
- Mon: 09:00 - 13:00
- Tue: 12:30 - 18:30
- Thu: 12:30 - 20:30
- Fri: 15:00 - 20:00

About the Role
As a Stock Manager, you’ll ensure the seamless growth of our online business, delivering exceptional customer experience and service. Your role includes:
- Supporting the Store management team across back-of-house operations.
- Managing a team to maintain accurate stock processes, operational efficiency, safety, and target achievement.
- Creating a positive atmosphere focused on supporting, motivating, and inspiring team productivity.
- Adapting to operational changes and collaborating with the team to drive results.
- Ensuring timely, accurate communication across all business activities.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Support Store management while maintaining transparency and collaboration.
- Lead a team to deliver high-quality stock operations, prioritising efficiency and accuracy.
- Foster a results-driven, inclusive team culture where individuals thrive.
- Adopt a hands-on approach to commercial and operational tasks, driving adaptability.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date communications to meet business needs.
