Stock Manager - Dublin Henry Street

Shifts:

  • 27.75 hours per week
    • Sun: 12:00 - 18:30
    • Mon: 09:00 - 13:00
    • Tue: 12:30 - 18:30
    • Thu: 12:30 - 20:30
    • Fri: 15:00 - 20:00

The Stock Manager will lead and inspire a high-performance team to meet daily targets in a fast-paced, varied environment. Leadership, coaching, and team motivation are essential to driving success. With personal development opportunities from day one and flexible working options available.


About the Role

As a Stock Manager, you’ll ensure the seamless growth of our online business, delivering exceptional customer experience and service. Your role includes:

  • Supporting the Store management team across back-of-house operations.
  • Managing a team to maintain accurate stock processes, operational efficiency, safety, and target achievement.
  • Creating a positive atmosphere focused on supporting, motivating, and inspiring team productivity.
  • Adapting to operational changes and collaborating with the team to drive results.
  • Ensuring timely, accurate communication across all business activities.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Support Store management while maintaining transparency and collaboration.
  • Lead a team to deliver high-quality stock operations, prioritising efficiency and accuracy.
  • Foster a results-driven, inclusive team culture where individuals thrive.
  • Adopt a hands-on approach to commercial and operational tasks, driving adaptability.
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date communications to meet business needs.
