About the Role
The Stock Manager plays a crucial role in supporting:
- The growth of our online business
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and effortless online shopping experiences
- Leading a team to drive performance targets, including:
- Processing returned items efficiently with fast refunds
- Packaging and preparing stock for online orders
You’ll act as a hands-on leader, fostering a supportive, efficient, and motivated team while maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management
- Support the Store management team across logistics operations
- Ensure open, transparent communication with the Store Manager

Operational Excellence
- Drive accurate, efficient stock processing
- Maintain high safety standards and meet performance targets consistently
