Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee back-of-house operations and maintain collaboration with Store Management
- Drive efficient stock processes, improve accuracy, and meet performance targets
- Cultivate a supportive, motivated team culture (coaching, motivation, and hands-on support)
- Ensure real-time, accurate communication to meet business demands
- Adapt to change and support commercial initiatives alongside the team
