Stock Manager - Manchester Trafford Centre (N121453)

Stock Manager (34.5 hrs p/w – Flexible Shift Pattern)

Shift Pattern

34.5 hours per week:

  • Mon 15:00 – 22:00
  • Tue 15:00 – 22:00
  • Thu 15:00 – 22:00
  • Fri 09:30 – 17:30
  • Sat 07:00 – 15:00

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Management team across back-of-house operations, ensuring clear communication between you and the Store Manager.
  • Oversee team performance in stock processes, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and target achievement.
  • Cultivate a positive workplace culture where team inspiration and motivational leadership are core values.
  • Adopt a hands-on approach to commercial and operational activities, embracing adaptability and collaborating closely with the team.
  • Maintain real-time data accuracy in all communications to align with business needs.

We’re looking for someone who:
