Job Description: Stock Manager (FTSE-100 Retail Company)


SHIFTS AVAILABLE

16.5 hours per week:

  • Sunday: 08:00 – 12:30
  • Monday: 14:00 – 17:00
  • Tuesday: 14:00 – 17:00
  • Wednesday: 14:30 – 17:30
  • Thursday: 07:00 – 10:00

About the Role

The Stock Manager will support the growth of Next’s online business, ensuring customers receive the best online experience and seamless service. This role focuses on leading a high-performing team to meet performance targets, streamline stock processes, and guarantee quick refunds for returned items and efficient fulfilment of online orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Management Team across all back-of-house operations, ensuring clear and effective communication with the Store Manager
  • Manage a high-performing team to deliver accurate stock processes while maintaining an efficient, safe, and target-focused operational environment
  • Create a positive, supportive working culture by coaching, motivating, and inspiring your team to excel
  • Adopt a hands-on, adaptable approach to all commercial and operational tasks, working collaboratively with your team
  • Ensure communication with internal and external stakeholders remains up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with business needs
