Stock Manager – Part-Time
Shifts Available
26.5 hours per week:
- Monday: 08:00 – 11:00
- Wednesday: 14:30 – 22:00
- Thursday: 09:30 – 13:30
- Friday: 08:00 – 14:30
- Saturday: 14:00 – 21:00
About the Role
As a Stock Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the success of our online business and ensuring our customers receive the best service. Working at the heart of operations, you’ll lead your team to meet performance targets, efficiently manage stock processes, and create a positive, high-energy culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store management team across operational areas while maintaining effective communication
- Manage a team to:
- Deliver accurate stock processes in a safe, efficient, and performance-driven environment
- Meet business targets consistently
- Foster a supportive and motivating team culture where inspiration and collaboration thrive
- Adopt a hands-on approach, adapting to change and working closely with your team
- Ensure clear and accurate internal communications to meet business needs
