Our Restaurants & Kitchens team are now looking for a Restaurants & Kitchens Stock Operative to help keep our food and beverage operations running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role supporting multiple restaurants and kitchens across our Knightsbridge store. You'll play an important part in ensuring deliveries are received, checked, stored and distributed efficiently, helping our teams deliver exceptional experiences for every customer.
About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for receiving, checking and storing stock for our Restaurants & Kitchens operation. You'll help maintain accurate inventory, uphold food safety standards and ensure products are available where and when they're needed. You will work with a variety of products, from fresh and frozen goods to beverages and non-consumable items, supporting chefs and restaurant teams across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving, checking and processing deliveries accurately.
- Maintaining clean, organised and safe stock storage areas.
- Ensuring stock is rotated correctly and stored in line with food safety standards.
- Monitoring stock levels, expiry dates and product quality, escalating issues where required.
- Supporting stocktakes and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Responding to operational requests and supporting restaurant teams with stock requirements.
