About The Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our New Sales team in Slough. This role is key to ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate stock control, and smooth logistics operations that support both customer satisfaction and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy of product, batch, and serial numbers
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming goods, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
  • Verify deliveries against packing lists and resolve discrepancies with suppliers
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and process stock movements within ERP systems
  • Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies to maintain stock accuracy
  • Monitor stock levels and escalate any anomalies or risks
  • Manage non-conforming materials, ensuring proper quarantine procedures are followed
  • Support resolution of customer delivery queries and discrepancies
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse and stock environment

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Qualifications

  • GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar stock control or warehouse role
  • Experience working in a regulated environment is preferred

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience using ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and handheld scanners
