Stock Support Administrator – Huws Gray (Llangefni)
Supporting efficient stock control and smooth daily operations across the business.

The Stock Support Administrator plays a vital role in maintaining accurate, consistent and efficient product and stock data across the business. This position supports product consolidation, manages product and supplier information and helps ensure smooth stock flow to enable effective supply chain operations. Working closely with Procurement, Distribution Centres and Inventory Planning, the role contributes to optimising availability and overall business performance.
What You’ll Be Doing

Product Consolidation
- Consolidate duplicate or similar product records across systems
- Maintain accurate supplier and stock data
- Support core range compliance

Product & Supplier Information
- Keep product and supplier data accurate and up to date
- Support onboarding of new products and suppliers
- Resolve data discrepancies with stakeholders

Promotions & Product Shortages
- Support promotion setup, pricing, and readiness
- Monitor stock during promotions with Inventory Planning
- Help manage and communicate product shortages

Distribution Centre Support
- Act as a key contact for stock and product queries
- Support stock movements and system updates
- Resolve discrepancies with distribution teams

Inventory Planning Support
- Provide admin and analytical support
- Assist with reporting and stock monitoring
- Support improvements in stock accuracy and availability

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone with strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy, who can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be a clear communicator, comfortable working with branches, suppliers, and internal teams and have solid Excel skills to support data handling and reporting. A collaborative, flexible approach is key, along with strong organisation, problem-solving ability and effective time management. Experience in a builders’ merchant, supply chain or stock control environment - and familiarity with ERP or stock management systems - is beneficial, as is a commitment to maintaining stock accuracy, supporting branches and following effective processes.
