About the Role
Our Stock and Systems Manager's play a crucial role in our distribution centres, having a full understanding of the operating systems in the warehouse and liaising with other Stock and Systems Managers across the business to adopt a wider business best practice. You will be responsible for acting as the site's technical co-ordinator and providing technical expertise in all warehouse systems. It is your responsibility to drive stock integrity and compliance through process accuracy and continuous improvement through auditing, coaching, challenging and excellent site communications. You will understand the depot business plan and providing accurate updates to the depot management team and colleagues regarding stock, accuracy and kit management, as well as drive stock and process compliance through coaching and continuous improvement plans, ensuring ways of working are understood, effectively rolled out and monitored.

About You
You'll need to be organised and have excellent written and verbal communication skills as the role will require you to build networks and strong relationships. You'll have a good understanding of the warehouse operating systems and an eye for detail, showing great concern for accuracy. You'll have a positive attitude and an ability to flex in an ever changing environment.
