Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Stock Team Member (Ecommerce) to support our online order fulfilment operations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help ensure customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently, contributing to a smooth and positive online shopping experience. Orders are picked across the store, including the yard and feed store, requiring a flexible and proactive approach.
About The Role
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: Part-time
- Hours of Work: Average of 28 hours per week, working 6:00am–12:00pm (excluding Wednesdays), including every other weekend from 8:00am–12:00pm
As a Stock Team Member supporting E-commerce, you will work closely with the Assistant Retail Manager to fulfil customer online orders. You will also work alongside the Stock Administration Team to participate in stock-taking activities and assist with the investigation of any stock discrepancies.

As part of our multi-skilled workforce, you will receive training on our till system, enabling you to assist customers and provide a high standard of Customer service when required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accurately picking customer orders for timely dispatch
- Maintaining clear and accurate records in the system
- Communicating with Retail Manager regarding shortages
- Following best practices and UFAS statutory regulations
- Supporting health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organised packing area
- Supporting with stock taking and stock accuracy
- Supporting the Customer Experience Team, working on the tills to help maintain high Customer Service, throughout busy periods.
About You
- Experience in retail, warehousing, or ecommerce fulfilment (preferred but not essential)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
- Good IT skills and confidence using systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Awareness of Data Protection / GDPR and Health & Safety standards
- You’ll be friendly, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
