Stockroom Assistant
As a Stockroom Assistant, you are the operational heartbeat of the store. You keep product flowing, displays replenished, and launches running flawlessly — ensuring customers never miss their favourite mascara, must‑have lipstick, or limited‑edition trends. You bring energy, organisation, and precision to everything you do.
Reports to: Stockroom Manager, Store Leadership Team
YOUR MISSION
To support a fast‑moving retail environment through impeccable stock handling, organisation, and teamwork — contributing directly to an exceptional in‑store experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Stockroom Excellence
- Maintain a clean, compliant, organised stockroom that reflects KIKO’s retail standards.
- Process deliveries with speed and accuracy, supporting the Stockroom Manager (or Store Management) with checks and data logging.
- Prepare, label, and store stock efficiently to maximise accessibility and minimise errors.
- Monitor stock flow and highlight discrepancies or risks quickly and clearly.
- Complete daily and weekly stockroom routines (cycle counts, audits, inventory tasks).

- Refill shopfloor fixtures, drawers, and promotional areas, ensuring constant product availability.
- Prioritise bestsellers and commercial focuses as guided by the Stockroom Manager (or Store Manager) and store leaders.
- Support Retail Excellence by ensuring all products are available, tidy, and compliant with brand standards.
- Assist with new product launches, ensuring stock is prepared in advance and delivered to the floor on time.
Safety, Compliance & Standards
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures, especially around manual handling, stacking, and stockroom organisation.
- Identify hazards or stock‑related risks and escalate proactively.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, stock security, and operational compliance.
Teamwork & Collaboration
- Work closely with the Stockroom Manager or Store Manager and store team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- Share information clearly and collaborate to solve issues and improve efficiency.
- Support new team members with basic stockroom procedures when required.
- Jump in to help across the store when needed — after all, we win together.
