About the Role
We are looking for a Part Time Stockroom Assistant to join our King's Cross team. Our distinctive shop at Coal Drops Yard opened in October 2018, offering a unique retail experience that combines modern design with the site’s historic character. Designed by Heatherwick Studio, the space seamlessly blends Victorian architecture with contemporary detailing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the Head Office Inventory & Systems team with stock management processes, housekeeping, and cycle counts to help maintain accurate inventory levels within the shop.
- Completing weekly stock management checklists to ensure all operational processes are followed consistently.
- Assisting with deliveries by unloading stock and ensuring all items are accurately booked in using scanners and pack notes.
- Managing stock discrepancies, faulty items, and missing barcode tickets, ensuring all issues are recorded and communicated appropriately.
- Ensuring all stock leaving the shop is processed correctly, with all associated paperwork completed accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting weekly stock takes in partnership with the Shop Management Team and Retail Office, reporting findings where necessary.
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping, stockroom organization, and visual presentation standards both on and off the shop floor.
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience by acting as a Paul Smith Brand Ambassador and building positive interactions with clients and colleagues.
