Your role:


Get help with your application

- Execute stock requests in an accurate and timely manner
- Ticket and file away the stock deliveries in the relevant storage areas
- Prepare the stock deliveries to go out to the stores (boxing/packaging etc.)
- Accurately carry out stock distributions to stores
- Administer all email and telephone requests from the branches as required
- Receive branch transfers into the stockroom and report any discrepancies
- Assist with the daily/weekly tasks of overstocks, damages, branch requests, price changes and company directives.
- Log and process mail coming into the stock room from suppliers and branches
- Log and process mail & TNT uplifts leaving the stockroom
- Assist with: Special Orders, Customer Repairs, RTM'S and web order picks
- Assist with all aspects of the admin for the stockroom
