Job Purpose
Burberry is hiring a permanent Stockroom Assistant to join our team at Harrods, playing a critical role in the growth and efficiency of our concession business. With passion for the brand and a meticulous, detail-driven approach, you will support the seamless operation of off-the-floor environments, ensuring high standards across all stockrooms. A key pillar of this role: delivering outstanding customer experiences in both retail spaces and online, while maintaining stock accuracy, accessibility, and organisation.

Based in multiple stockroom locations, this role spans seven key areas supporting four concessions.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Efficiency Manage daily operations within all stockrooms, upholding strict standards in organisation, accuracy, and professionalism.

Stock Movement & Logistics Coordinate inventory flow across multiple on-site and off-site stockrooms, as well as Harrods Online. Ensure timely and precise replenishment to shop floors to sustain sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Logistical Processes Handle receipt, processing, and storage of deliveries in accordance with Burberry and Harrods procedures.

Stock Integrity Perform regular inventory checks, ensure clear labelling, and maintain optimal organisation standards.

Person Spec requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in fast-paced, high-end retail stock operations.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and structured problem-solving approach.
- Reliability & Professionalism: Professional demeanour with an active, proactive mindset.
- Multi-Handling: Confidence managing multiple high-volume locations simultaneously.
- Team Culture: Ability to foster cohesive, effective working relationships.
- Flexibility: Highly adaptable, willing to embrace shifting business priorities when necessary.
