Stockroom Assistant – Burberry at Harrods

We’re searching for a permanent Stockroom Assistant to join our team at Harrods, playing a critical role in supporting our concession business. Treating this as more than a job—you’ll embrace passionate brand advocacy and meticulous detail-orientation to ensure our back-of-house operations run seamlessly. Your work will be vital in delivering an exceptional customer experience across both our Harrods concessions and online channels.

The role involves managing stock flow across seven stockroom locations, sustaining accuracy, organisation, and operational efficiency at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Support the efficient daily functioning of all stockrooms, upholding maximum standards of accuracy, organisation, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee stock movements across four concessions, both on-site and off-site stockrooms, and Harrods Online, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Garantee timely and precise replenishment to the shop floor to support sales and an impeccable customer experience.
  • Receive and prepare deliveries in strict adherence to Burberry and Harrods standard procedures.
  • Maintain stock integrity with frequent audits, clear labelling, and streamlined organisation.
  • Work collaboratively with the retail and operations teams to enhance overall concession performance.

  • Demonstrated experience in stockroom operations, ideally within fast-paced high-end retail. Backroom demand sits at a premium here.
  • Strong organisational skills with rigorous attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  • A reliable, proactive attitude, solving challenges and turning exceptions into seamless processes.
  • The ability to manage volume and complexity across multiple sites effortlessly.
  • A team-driven mindset able to forge strong working relationships within a dynamic team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet urgent business demands when required.
