Our Stock Coordinators play a vital role in creating an exceptional store experience behind the scenes. They are at the heart of our stock operation, ensuring products are where they need to be, when they need to be there. By coordinating stockroom activity, inventory processes and replenishment, they help drive commercial success while supporting the team to deliver outstanding service to every customer.

THE GIG - Stock Coordinator - Cheshire Oaks Outlet
- Coordinate stockroom activity to maintain high standards of organisation, efficiency and inventory accuracy.
- Support product availability across the store through effective replenishment and stock flow processes.
- Contribute to commercial performance by maintaining accurate inventory and identifying stock-related opportunities and risks.
- Support operational excellence through stock counts, deliveries, replenishment and inventory control procedures.
- Take ownership of stock accuracy objectives and escalate inventory issues where required.
- Work closely with store colleagues and management to ensure stock priorities support the needs of the business.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and support on stockroom processes and operational best practice.
- Follow company operating procedures and Health & Safety guidelines to maintain a safe, organised and efficient working environment.

To be our Stock Coordinator you should also possess these qualities:
- Previous experience in stock operations, back of house retail, inventory control or a similar operational role would be advantageous.
- A highly organised approach with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain operational discipline in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence using inventory systems and following stock control processes.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, working effectively with colleagues across the store.
- A strong understanding of how stock availability supports both customer experience and commercial performance.
- Be a proud ambassador of the Dr. Martens brand and values, encouraging others to do the same.
- Professional, reliable and committed to delivering exceptional operational standards.
