Stockroom Manager – KIKO Milano
As a Stockroom Manager at KIKO Milano, you play a critical role at the heart of store operations. You are the guardian of product flow, ensuring every customer finds their favourites in stock and every launch lands flawlessly. You lead with precision, organisation, and a passion for operational excellence—driving stock accuracy, improving efficiency, and elevating store performance and profit through exceptional stockroom leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Processing & Stockroom Operations
- Lead the end-to-end processing of all deliveries, ensuring speed, accuracy, and adherence to KIKO Milano operational standards.
- Validate product quality and quantities, escalating discrepancies promptly and professionally.
- Maintain an impeccably organised, efficient, and compliant stockroom that reflects Retail Excellence principles.
- Champion Health & Safety protocols, ensuring all team members work safely and systematically when performing operational tasks.
Inventory Management & Stock Integrity
- Act as the owner of all store stock, guaranteeing real-time accuracy and flawless data integrity.
- Accountable for achieving the agreed stock loss target by maintaining strong stock controls and minimising shrinkage.
- Oversee and execute cycle counts and formal stocktakes, driving continuous improvement toward 100% accuracy.
- Monitor and analyse stock patterns to reduce shrinkage, anticipate stock risks, and influence commercial decisions.
- Investigate variances with a solutions-focused mindset and implement preventative measures.

Replenishment & Product Availability
- Ensure daily replenishment is executed with discipline and efficiency, optimising availability across the shopfloor, drawers, and promotional areas.
- Maintain best-seller availability and identify replenishment priorities based on commercial needs.
- Partner with the Store Manager to forecast stock requirements, optimise space planning, and support commercial KPIs.
New Product & Seasonal Launch Execution
- Own the coordination of all new product and seasonal launches, ensuring all stock, POP, and visual materials are received, processed, and implemented on time.
- Collaborate closely with store leadership to deliver seamless, impactful launch execution.
Obsolete, Damaged & Expired Stock Management
- Proactively identify obsolete, damaged, or expired products and manage write-off processes with accuracy and compliance.
- Analyse trends, identify root causes, and propose impactful actions to reduce obsolete write-off and boost sell-through.
- Support a culture of loss prevention and operational mindfulness.
Leadership, Training & Compliance
- Train, coach, and motivate team members on stock handling, replenishment standards, and operational processes.
- Lead by example in compliance with company policies, loss-prevention protocols, and Retail Excellence standards.
- Continuously seek opportunities to refine stockroom processes and elevate store efficiency.
- Escalate potential operational risks or emerging stock issues to the Store Manager with urgency and clarity.

Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in stockroom management
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and prioritise tasks
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
