Stockroom Manager – KIKO Milano
At KIKO Milano, you’ll play a critical role at the heart of our store operations. As the Stockroom Manager, you’ll ensure seamless product flow, maintain high stock accuracy, and drive operational excellence to maximize store performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Processing & Stockroom Operations
- Lead end-to-end processing of all deliveries with speed, accuracy, and adherence to KIKO Milano operational standards.
- Validate product quality and quantities, escalating discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain a well-organized, high-efficiency stockroom aligned with Retail Excellence principles.
- Champion Health & Safety protocols and set clear standards for safe, systematic operational workflows.
Inventory Management & Stock Integrity
- Own all stock data, ensuring real-time accuracy and data integrity.
- Achieve agreed stock loss targets through strong controls and shrinkage reduction.
- Oversee and manage cycle counts and stocktakes, aiming for 100% accuracy.
- Monitor stock patterns to minimize shrinkage, anticipate risks, and influence commercial decisions.
- Investigate variances proactively—with solution-focused action plans—to prevent recurrence.
Replenishment & Product Availability
- Execute daily replenishment with flawless precision to optimize availability across the entire store.
- Ensure highseller availability and prioritize replenishment based on commercial needs.
- Partner with the Store Manager to forecast stock requirements, optimize space, and support key commercial KPIs.

New Product & Seasonal Launch Execution
- Coordinate all new product/seasonal launches, ensuring timely processing of stock, POP materials, and layout execution.
- Collaborate with store leadership to deliver smooth, impactful launches that drive customer engagement.
Obsolete, Damaged & Expired Stock Management
- Identify and manage obsolete, damaged, or expired stock with compliance and accuracy.
- Analyse root causes of waste, propose actionable improvements, and reduce obsolete write-offs.
- Champion a loss-prevention mindset and operational mindfulness.
Leadership, Training & Compliance
- Train, coach, and motivate team members on stock management, replenishment standards, and process efficiency.
- Lead by example—compliance with company policies, Retail Excellence principles, and loss prevention.
- Continuously refine stockroom processes and elevate store efficiency.
- Escalate risks or stock issues to the Store Manager with clarity and urgency.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in stockroom management
- Proven ability to lead teams and prioritise tasks
- Strong organisational skills and relentless attention to detail
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
