Stockroom Supervisor
About the Role

As a Stockroom Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring the stockroom operates efficiently, allowing the team to focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
About the Job
- Regular monitor of existing flows/processes to ensure flawless transactions
- Support the daily stock replenishment to make sure level of stock is sufficient to ensure an efficient sell-out
- Process deliveries of merchandise, supplies and equipment within the store, as well as process internal repairs including the recording, dispatching and managing of all items damaged in sales or warehouse.
- Receive and check deliveries of products, as well as place the items in the appropriate storage locations
- Complete the inspection of incoming items against orders for accuracy, completeness, and defects
- Prepare the articles for sale, this includes unpacking, posting in the system, labeling and sorting into the appropriate storage location
- Purchase supplies and equipment for the entire operation in coordination with the respective department managers through the internal purchasing order system
About You
- Experienced in a multicultural retail environment, ideally within luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands
- Skilled in planning and prioritization, with a strong sense of organization
- Agile and commercially minded, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proven coordination skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Digitally proficient and comfortable working with internal systems
- Result-driven, with a structured mindset and attention to detail
