One You Lincolnshire is an Integrated Healthy Lifestyle Service supporting local residents in:

  • Smoking Cessation
  • Weight Management
  • Alcohol Reduction
  • Physical Activity
  • Health Coaching
  • Child and Family Weight Management
  • Strength and Balance for adults aged 65+

About the Role

A typical day as Stop Smoking (Targeted Populations) Team Lead might include:

  • Driving our organisational culture – Embedding our core values across services.
  • Line management of a team of Stop Smoking practitioners, fostering innovation and client support.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Smoking Cessation, partners in Primary and Secondary care, and colleagues to meet client uptake targets.
  • Working alongside other Stop Smoking Team Leads to establish targets, reflect, and identify areas for improvement while staying ahead in Stop Smoking methods.
  • Developing and supporting targeted Stop Smoking programmes, including hospital-based COSTED programmes.
  • Writing updates and performance reports for management.
  • Managing ordering, stock control, and distribution of NRT/remote CO monitors and consumables to meet contractual demands.
  • Tracking outcomes and performance to deliver on contract KPIs.
  • Ensuring polices and procedures for client safety, safeguarding, information governance, and clinical governance are adhered to.
  • Contributing to new projects and developments across Thrive Tribe services while sharing knowledge and resources.
  • Ensuring pre-employment safeguarding standards, including DBS checks, are upheld.

Desirable for this role: ✔ Experience supporting healthy lifestyle behavioural change (cesation, weight management, etc.). ✔ Leadership experience, especially in health/wellbeing settings. ✔ NCSCT Stop Smoking Advisor training or relevant qualifications (valuable but not essential).

Contract & Location

📍 Hybrid Role – Based in Lincolnshire, with regular travel across the county. 🚗 Car owner required due to mobile nature. ⏰ Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours). 💰 Salary: £28,000 per year.
