✈️ Storage & Disassembly Manager 📍 Teesside International Airport

Willis Aviation Services Limited is seeking an experienced Storage & Disassembly Manager to lead our aircraft storage, preservation, disassembly, teardown, and asset recovery operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing aircraft end-of-life programmes, maximising asset recovery value, and ensuring the safe and compliant delivery of storage and teardown projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead aircraft storage, preservation, disassembly and teardown activities. Manage aircraft end-of-life projects from induction through to final disposition. Oversee component recovery, inventory control, traceability and asset management. Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, quality standards and company procedures. Drive safety, environmental compliance and operational excellence across all activities. Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams including technicians, planners, logistics personnel and contractors. Monitor project performance, budgets, recovery targets and operational KPIs. Collaborate with customers, lessors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver successful projects.

About You: Significant experience within aircraft maintenance, storage, teardown, disassembly, MRO or asset management environments. Previous leadership or management experience. Strong understanding of aircraft systems, maintenance practices and technical documentation. Knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements and aircraft records management. Excellent organisational, communication and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced operational environment.
