ABOUT THE ROLE

A leading enterprise infrastructure transformation programme is hiring a hands-on Storage & Infrastructure Architect to own the design, implementation, and migration of a multi-vendor storage and backup estate. The role spans current-state consolidation, target-state architecture, and the data-migration runway behind it.

You will own technical architecture end-to-end (HLD, LLD, SOPs), engage vendors to shape strategy against the architecture roadmap, and partner with Windows, Networks, Security, and Operations teams to build the services that sit on top.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement: Networks / Firewalls / Service design / DR / Automation / Monitoring / Security / Auditing.
  • Prepare HLD, LLD, and SOPs. Run POCs and validate technology against business requirements.
  • Gather current production performance data, identify gaps, design out remediation in the new solution.
  • Define strategy and coordinate across stakeholders and vendors.
  • Tune systems for high performance against business demand.
  • Consolidate technologies in line with the architecture roadmap.
  • Plan large-data migration strategy using native tools / Datadobi.
  • Engage with Windows, Networks, Security, and Operations teams to build services and capabilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
