Horace is a leader in France, #1 in men's facials, and is expanding in the UK, USA Horace is looking for a Store Advisor part time (30h) for our Covent Garden store ! Horace is looking for a Store Advisor temporary part time for its first boutique in London. We're looking for a quick thinker who can find solutions to create a unique experience. You'll manage everything from advice to stock and administration to create the best possible experience
What will you be responsible for? As a true Horace ambassador, your role will be to work with the team to improve performance (KPIs) and develop the culture. Your responsibilities will include : Maintenance Keep the store clean and well-stocked Share maintenance needs with the office team Manage stocks of supplies and other items needed by the team Inventory and stock management Keep stock well organized and in impeccable condition Manage inventory and supplies for both sales and stock areas Coordinate supplies with the office team. Performance Participate in monitoring business activity in line with our KPIs (sales, sales index, average basket, conversion rate). Welcoming and advising customers Welcome customers and act as their first point of contact with the brand. Create a special atmosphere and engage with customers Share the Horace story and act as a brand expert Share your product knowledge and personal experience Help customers choose the right products for them Guide customers through the space and always anticipate their needs What skills are we looking for? You have at least two years' experience in a boutique in any sector and a experience in the cosmetics sector is a plus You love to create an unforgettable customer experience and know how important details are You can take a step back and always find solutions, especially when it comes to the customer experience You're flexible with your hours, evenings and weekends 3 steps to Horace heaven: A 1st screening with our Head of Talent Acquisition , to get to know you better and understand your career plan An interview with our Store Manager, to tell you about the position and answer your questions The hourly rate for this role starts from £15.00 per hour, depending on experience
