Store Apprentice
Store Apprentice - Leicester, Freemans Common
- 20 hours per week
- Must live locally and be able to easily commute to our store
Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers: Understand their needs and provide excellent service through genuine conversations.
- Get involved in store operations: Handle deliveries, stock shelves, and assist with warehouse tasks – be prepared to roll up your sleeves.
- Keep things running smoothly: Maintain a clean and well-organised store, ensuring everything is ready for our customers and safe for our colleagues.
- Learn while working:
- Set aside time each week to complete coursework
- Supported by your Store Manager and a dedicated apprenticeship coach
Requirements
- A positive attitude: A warm, friendly approach with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Reliability and flexibility: Show commitment to your team and customers, and adapt to varied tasks
- Energy and enthusiasm: No retail experience is required – just willing to learn and a drive to succeed
