Key Responsibilities
Your work impacts more than sales—it shapes relationships and brand loyalty. Core duties include:

Customer Experience:
- Deliver authentic, meaningful service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Educate customers on brand products and collections while building rapport.
- Ensure a seamless experience from store entry to checkout.

Sales Performance:
- Meet sales targets and performance metrics.
- Drive foot traffic and customer retention (track updates on new collections).
- Grow loyalty programs by engaging customers and collecting data.

Store Operations:
- Maintain front- and back-of-store standards, including:
- Visual merchandising
- Delivery coordination
- Stock replenishment
- Supporting loss prevention and health & safety protocols.
- Handle cash management per company policies.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory and secure stock.

Requirements & Skills
Must-Haves:
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays.
- Customer-service mindset (retail experience preferred but not required).
- Enthusiasm for brands and brands’ targets (e.g., sport-lifestyle products).
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Professionalism with a positive attitude.
- Desire to learn and grow—this is a hands-on role!
Standards for Welfare:
- High-school diploma or GED.
