As a Retail Sales Associate at Sweaty Betty (a division of Wolverine Worldwide), you’ll be the heartbeat of our stores, delivering exceptional customer service that turns every visit into a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences by offering genuine, enthusiastic service that creates lasting impressions.
- Achieve sales targets and performance metrics while maintaining brand standards.
- Engage with customers to educate them about our products, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Maintain high store standards, including:
- Visual merchandising
- Stock management & replenishment
- Supporting loss prevention
- Adhering to health & safety procedures
- Handle cash responsibly, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with company policies.
- Encourage customer retention by promoting upcoming collections and collecting customer data where applicable.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Retail sales experience preferred (not mandatory).
- Passion for our brands and the lifestyle they represent.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Professional, positive demeanour that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn, share product knowledge, and grow with the team.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Retail store (physical presence required).
