About the Role
You will play a vital role in delivering outstanding in-store experiences for customers. Whether guiding them to find the perfect pair of shoes, helping with outfit styling, or promoting new collections, your responsibilities will touch every moment of their visit—from entry to departure.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience
- Deliver authentic, high-touch customer service that resonates and encourages repeat visits.
- Build rapport and long-term relationships with customers through expert product knowledge and friendly engagement.

Sales & Performance
- Achieve sales targets and key performance metrics.
- Educate customers on product features, ensuring they leave with trusted confidence in their purchases.

Store Standards & Operations
- Maintain pristine front-of-store and backroom standards, including:
- Visual merchandising
- Stock replenishment
- Handling deliveries and security tasks
- Adhere to health & safety procedures and contributing to loss prevention initiatives.
- Manage cash-handling duties while strictly following all policy procedures for accuracy and security.

Requirements

Eligibility:
- US candidates only.

- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

Essential Qualifications:
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- A passion for Wolverine Worldwide’s brands and casual/lifestyle products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—your warmth and professionalism matter.
- Sales-focused mindset with resilience for a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment.
- Prior retail experience is preferred but not mandatory—enthusiasm and adaptability are key!
