Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience Excellence
- Create unforgettable, authentic customer service that builds trust and long-term relationships.
- Engage with customers to educate them about products, styling, and upcoming launches.

Sales & Performance
- Achieve customer-facing sales targets and internal performance metrics.
- Help customers find the perfect fit—whether shoes, apparel, or accessories.

Store & Operational Standards
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards (window displays, in-store layouts, and product presentation).
- Manage deliveries, stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
- Assist with Loss Prevention and health & safety compliance.
- Handle cash management according to security and policy protocols.

Requirements

Ideal Background & Skills
- Retail sales experience (preferred, though not mandatory)—proven ability to thrive in a customer-facing environment.
- Passion for Wolverine & Sweaty Betty brands + knowledge of industry trends to share with customers.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills—enjoy engaging with a broad range of customers.
- Flexibility and adaptability—commitment to working weekends, holidays, and during seasonal peaks.
- Professional grace under pressure—comfortable in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- US only candidates.
- Ability to work in a physically active retail setting.
