Customer Service Associate – In-Store Wolverine Worldwide

From guiding shoppers to styling outfits, your role is to ensure every interaction leaves a lasting impression—and helps them make purchases they’ll be happy with.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer service—building rapport, educating shoppers on products, and fostering long-term loyalty (e.g., introducing customers to new collections and capturing their contact details).
- Driving sales—meeting daily/weekly targets while offering authentic help, whether advising on footwear fits, outfit styling, or merchandise inquiries.
- Maintaining high store standards—if necessary, support with:
- Front-of-store: Visual merchandising, loss prevention, cash handling.
- Back-of-store: Stock replenishment, delivery receipt, safety and hygiene protocol adherence.
- Ensuring accuracy and security—proper cash management, adherence to policies, and stock audits.
- Creating a friendly, inclusive environment that reflects our brand values and commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI).

Requirements
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Retail experience (preferred but not essential).
- Passion for Wolverine’s brands and their lifestyles—whether hiking, running, city life, or exercise.
- Resilience under pressure and ability to handle fast-paced sales environments.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills—focusing on results while keeping the customer at the centre.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
