ROLE PROFILE
The WHAT
As the Store Associate, you play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience and upholding the brand's reputation for excellence.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITY
The WHAT
Responsible for:
Greet and assist customers in a friends and professional manner. Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver a seamless shopping experience. Loss prevention.
Accountable For:
Ensure the store is always well-presented, maintaining visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Essential Skills & Experience
Previous retail store experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for fashion and a keen understanding of current trends.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
