Your Impact
As part of this role, you’ll bring dynamic energy to our stores, ensuring customers feel valued, supported, and excited by our products. Core responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers with confidence, offering friendly support, and assisting them in discovering products they love.
- Leveraging in-store devices to check stock, share options, and enhance the full shopping experience.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and visually appealing store floor with accurate restocking and presentation.
- Supporting standard store procedures, till operations, and following safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Customer Engagement
- Offer a warm welcome, helping customers navigate the store with confidence.
- Use digital tools effectively to manage inventory and share product details.
✔ Retail Operations
- Ensure the shop floor remains impeccably cleaned, stocked, and visually consistent.
- Assist with restocking, till duties, and all standard store procedures.
✔ Contribution to Team Excellence
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold high service and presentation standards.
- Follows safety protocols and complying with store guidelines.
Requirements
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- A positive, energetic approach to working in a busy, customer-centric retail setting.
- Strong communication skills – able to engage comfortably with customers while supporting teamwork.
- Willingness to grow, adapt, and take on varied tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work shift patterns, including weekends, evenings, and peak seasonal periods.
