Role Overview
As a Store Colleague, you’ll play a crucial role in creating the JD Group experience daily, ensuring customers feel welcomed, supported, and excited about our products.
- Keep the shop floor running smoothly.
- Greet customers with energy, maintain sharp displays, and ensure stock is well-set.
- Maintain high standards in presentation and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with confidence and enthusiasm, offering friendly support and assisting them in finding cherished products.
- Use in-store devices to check stock availability, provide product recommendations, and enhance the customer experience.
- Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and stocked—ensuring displays are fresh and brand-aligned.
- Assist with daily store tasks, including:
- Operating the till.
- Restocking shelves.
- Following all safety and operational guidelines.
Skills & Experience Required
- A positive, energetic mindset for a fast-paced, customer-driven retail environment.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence in:
- Engaging customers.
- Collaborating on a team.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and develop skills in a supportive store environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and peak seasonal periods.

- A proactive and outgoing personality, with confidence to:
- Initiate customer interactions.
