Key Responsibilities
- Engage and assist customers with enthusiasm—find the products they love and exceed their expectations.
- Use in-store digital tools to check stock, recommend alternatives, and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Keep the shop floor spick and span—replenish stock on time, ensure displays are sharp and inviting, and maintain on-brand presentation.
- Support all day-to-date tasks, including till operations, restocking, inventory management, and strict adherence to store safety protocols.
Skills & Experience Required
- A positive, energetic attitude that thrives in a customer-centric, high-energy retail environment.
- Strong communication skills—comfortable engaging customers while collaborating with a dynamic team.
- A willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in a supportive and fast-moving store setting.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and peak seasonal times (e.g., Christmas, matches, or weather-driven demand spikes).

- A proactive, enthusiastic mindset—taking initiative to approach customers and unlock sales opportunities.
