About the Role
As a Store Colleague, you’ll play a key part in shaping the JD Group experience every day, helping customers feel welcomed, supported, and excited about our products.
You’ll ensure the shop floor runs smoothly by:
- Greeting customers with energy.
- Keeping displays looking fresh.
- Ensuring stock is always well-replenished.
With a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and a passion for exceptional service, you’ll uphold our high standards—from presentation to customer experience. Role Overview
At JD Group, we set the pace, and as a Store Colleague, you’ll contribute daily to delivering an outstanding experience. Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers confidently.
- Keeping sales displays engaging.
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with confidence and energy while offering personalised support.
- Use in-store devices to:
- Check stock levels.
- Share product options.
- Enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain:
- Clean, tidy shop floors.
- Fresh, on-brand visual merchandising.
- Stock replenishment.
- Execute day-to-day tasks, including:
- Till management.
- Restocking.
- Strict adherence to safety and store guidelines.
Requirements
- A positive, energetic attitude for a fast-paced, customer-centric retail environment.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and collaborating with team members.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new responsibilities in a supportive work setting.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and seasonal peaks.
