Store Colleague – Permanent Role
About the Role
Are you passionate about pets and delivering brilliant customer service? Join Pets at Home as a Store Colleague and be at the heart of our pet care centres. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career, with permanent contractual hours rather than seasonal or term-time work.
Availability: 3–4 days per week, including weekends, with shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
As a Store Colleague, you will:
- Exceed customer expectations while maintaining top pet care standards
- Ensure smooth store operations and exceptional service
- Build strong customer relationships, enhancing loyalty
- Work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and some bank holidays
