About the Role – Store Colleague
As a Store Colleague, you’ll be integral to delivering the JD Group experience daily, ensuring customers feel welcome, supported, and excited about our offerings.
- Help keep the shop floor running smoothly by greeting customers with energy
- Maintain sharp displays and ensure stock is replenished
- Uphold high standards in presentation and customer experience through teamwork and a positive attitude

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with energy and confidence, offering personalized support
- Use in-store devices to check stock, provide product recommendations, and enhance customer experience
- Ensure the shop floor remains clean, tidy, and fully stocked
- Support day-to-day store tasks, including till duties, restocking, and following safety and operational guidelines
Skills & Experience Required
- A positive, enthusiastic approach to thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused retail environments
- Strong communication skills, including the confidence to engage with customers and collaborate as part of a team
- Willingness to learn, take on additional responsibilities, and develop skills in a supportive workplace
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and seasonal periods

- Proactive attitude with confidence in approaching customers to enhance sales opportunities
