Convenience Store Team Member (Lone Working) – Morrisons Daily

We’re recruiting future convenience stars to join the team at Morrisons Daily Stores!
Key Details
Please note: This role includes regular lone working. Candidates must be confident working alone in-store for extended periods.
Responsibilities
As a store colleague, you will receive training to perform a variety of tasks across the store, including:
- Till & cash operations (including Post Office duties, subject to DBS check)
- Stock control & replenishment
- Merchandising (including visual display)
- Food to Go preparation (as required)
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety and legal standards
- Covering Supervisor duties (additional hourly pay when assigned)

About You
The right candidate will:
- Go the extra mile for customers daily
- Flexible—open to early mornings, late nights, and varied shifts
- Flourish in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment
- Be confident working independently when lone shifts are necessary
📌 Note: Alcohol-selling locations may require candidates to be 18+ due to licensing requirements.
Salary
diarrangeable salary of £10.85 – £12.71 per hour, dependent on age.
