Job Overview
Type: Part-time Salary: £12.71 per hour Contracted Hours: 16 Hours per Week: 16 (3-4 days, including Tuesdays and weekends)
About the Role
Are you passionate about pets and delivering exceptional customer service? Join our team as a Store Colleague in our pet care centres, where you’ll be vital in ensuring customers receive outstanding service that fosters loyalty to our brands.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Exceeding customer expectations through top-notch service and pet care standards.
- Enabling strong customer relationships to enhance their experience.
- Ensuring smooth store operations in a target-driven retail environment.
- Working flexible shifts—including early starts (7:00am) and late finishes (8:30pm)—with a focus on morning roles supporting deliveries and stock setup.
