🔹 Role Overview Hourly rate: £12.81
As a Store Colleague, you’ll play a vital role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience every day. With a passion for service and teamwork, you’ll:
- Greet customers confidently and support them in finding the perfect products.
- Keep displays visually appealing, stock well-stocked, and the shop floor spotless.
- Assist with day-to-day tasks, including till operations, restocking, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Embrace a fast-paced environment while building a strong foundation for your future career.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with enthusiasm, providing friendly support and expert advice.
- Use in-store technology to check stock and assist shoppers efficiently.
- Ensure displays remain on-brand, stock is replenished, and the shop floor is tidy.
- Support till operations, stock handling, and compliance with all store guidelines.
Skills & Experience Required
✔ A positive, energetic attitude ideal for a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment. ✔ Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with customers. ✔ openness to learning, taking on challenges, and progressing in a supportive team. ✔ Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and peak seasonal periods.
