Role Overview
As a Store Colleague, you’ll contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience every day. With a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and a passion for helping others, you’ll help maintain high service standards and a vibrant retail environment.

Hourly Rate: £12.81
Key Responsibilities
Every day in store, you’ll:
- Welcome customers with a confident, friendly approach and assist them in finding the right products.
- Utilise in-store devices to check stock, share options, and enhance the full customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and vibrant shop floor, ensuring displays are well-stocked and on-brand.
- Support daily store operations, including:
- Till work
- Restocking shelves
- Adhering to safety and store standards
- Play an active role in creating a customer-focused, engaging environment that aligns with JD’s brand values.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A positive and energetic attitude suitable for a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with customers and collaborating as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn and adapt, taking on roles with enthusiasm.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and seasonal periods when required.
