Role Overview

As a Store Colleague, you’ll contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience every day. With a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and a passion for helping others, you’ll help maintain high service standards and a vibrant retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Every day in store, you’ll:

  • Welcome customers with a confident, friendly approach and assist them in finding the right products.
  • Utilise in-store devices to check stock, share options, and enhance the full customer experience.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and vibrant shop floor, ensuring displays are well-stocked and on-brand.
  • Support daily store operations, including:
    • Till work
    • Restocking shelves
    • Adhering to safety and store standards
  • Play an active role in creating a customer-focused, engaging environment that aligns with JD’s brand values.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • A positive and energetic attitude suitable for a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with customers and collaborating as part of a team.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt, taking on roles with enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and seasonal periods when required.
