Role Overview
Hourly Rate: £12.81

- Greet customers with confidence and enthusiasm
- Uplift brand appeal through sharp displays and customer support
- Ensure seamless stock replenishment and floor condition
- Manage day-to-day store operations—from till work to safety compliance

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers confidently and warmly, offering supportive and friendly assistance tailored to their needs
- Utilise in-store devices for stock checks, product recommendations, and enhancing the customer experience
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-stocked shop floor, ensuring displays are fresh, on-brand, and engaging
- Support all day-to-day store tasks, including till operations, restocking, and adherence to safety/operational guidelines
Skills & Experience Required
- A positive attitude suited to a high-energy, customer-driven retail environment
- Strong communication skills—engaging with customers and collaborating effectively as part of a team
- A willingness to learn and adapt, with enthusiasm for taking on varied responsibilities
- Flexibility to work across different shifts, including weekends, evenings, and seasonal peaks
Desirable Attributes
- Passion for JD’s brands, trends, and product innovations
- Proactive approach—identifying sales opportunities and seeking to engage customers confidently
- Attention to detail, ensuring the store floor showcases sharp presentation at all times
- Self-motivation to improve continuously and progress within JD Group
