As a Store Colleague, you’ll contribute to delivering unforgettable experiences daily: • Energise the shop floor with confidence and enthusiasm, greeting customers. • Ensure items displayed attractively, displays visual appeal retained, and stock stay replenished. • Uphold the highest standards in service and presentation—mirroring JD’s unwavering reputation.

Key Responsibilities
• Customer Engagement:
- Welcome visitors with confidence and positivity, offering friendly assistance, and guiding them to desired products.
• Sales & Product Support:
- Utilise in-store devices to check stock, showcase options, and deliver a seamless experience.
• Store Excellence:
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-replenished shop floor, ensuring displays reflect JD’s brand.
• Operational Procedures:
- Assist with daily tasks, including cashier duties, restocking, and adhering to safety/performance protocols.
Experience & Skills Required
• Mindset: Enthusiastic and adaptable for a fast-paced, customer-centric shop environment. • Communication: Clear, friendly, and collaborative—both with customers and team members. • Growth Mindset: Willing to embrace new challenges and elevate skills in a supportive setting. • Flexibility: Agreeable to shift work, including weekends, evenings, and demand peaks during seasons.
