Position: Permanent (Part-time) Hours: 16/hour Salary: £12.71 per hour Location: 3, Shawlands Retail Park Newton Road, Sudbury Suffolk, CO10 2XQ


About the Role

Are you passionate about pets and delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Store Colleagues—where your role will be central to our pet care centres. You’ll help create a seamless customer experience, foster loyalty, and uphold the high standards that set us apart.

The Store Colleague role is target-driven and customer-focused, requiring said motivation, energy, and adaptability. Shifts run from 7:00am to 8:30pm, with a mix of weekdays, weekends, and possible bank holidays. You’ll play a crucial role in setting up the store, including handling deliveries and stock management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver unrivalled customer service, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
  • Maintain high pet care standards through knowledgeable support and engaging customer conversations.
  • Contribute to effective store operations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient retail performance.
  • Work as part of a collaborative team, helping to achieve sales targets and exceed performance benchmarks.
  • Demonstrate adaptability by working flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
