Store Colleague
As a Store Colleague, you’ll be a key part of delivering the JD Group experience every day, helping customers feel welcome, supported, and excited about what we offer. You’ll play a vital role in:
- Greeting customers with energy.
- Keeping displays sharp and appealing.
- Ensuring stock is always on hand for customers.

Role Overview
At JD Group, we set the pace. As a Store Colleague, you’ll:
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences daily.
- Help customers feel valued, supported, and excited about our products.
- Bring energy and professionalism to the shop floor.
- Replenish stock efficiently.
- Maintain high standards in customer service and visual presentation.
In this fast-paced retail role, you’ll learn new skills, be part of a supportive team, and contribute to JD Group’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find their ideal products.
- Use in-store devices to:
- Check stock availability.
- Share product recommendations.
- Enhance the overall customer experience.
- Keep the shop floor:
- Clean and tidy.
- Fully replenished.
- Displays fresh and on-brand.
- Support day-to-day operations, including:
- Till operations.
- Restocking.
- Adhering to safety and store guidelines.
Skills & Experience Required
- A positive, energetic attitude suited to fast-paced, customer-focused retail.
- Strong communication skills, including:
- Confidence in engaging with customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- A willingness to learn, take on new tasks, and develop skills in a supportive store environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including:
- Weekends.
- Evenings.
- Busy seasonal periods.
