Role Overview

At JD Group, we set the pace—not just participate. As a Store Colleague, you’ll enhance the customer experience daily, shaping our brand’s reputation for friendliness, support, and excitement in our products.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers confidently and passionately.
  • Maintaining on-brand presentations through stock replenishment and display organisation.
  • Supporting operational efficiency through till work, restocking, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Welcome customers warmly, providing friendly assistance to help them discover the right products.
  • Product Assistance: Use in-store technology to check stock availability, share product details, and enhance the overall customer service experience.
  • Presentation & Maintenance: Keep the shop floor tidy, stocked, and visually appealing, ensuring displays reflect our brand.
  • Operational Duties: Assist with day-to-day store tasks, including till operations, stock replenishment, and adherence to shopfloor standards and safety guidelines.

Skills & Experience Required

  • A positive, proactive attitude suitable for a high-energy, customer-centric retail environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A willingness to continuously learn and develop in a dynamic setting.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts: weekends, evenings, and peak seasonal periods.

  • Proactive customer approach, with the confidence to meet sales opportunities.
