Role Overview
The JD Group doesn’t just follow trends—we define them. As a Store Colleague, your role is vital in delivering exceptional services daily, empowering customers to feel valued.
Your tasks include:
- Engaging with customers confidently and ensuring friendly service.
- Maintaining clean, tidy displays and fully stocked shelves to reflect our brand’s standards.
- Supporting everyday store tasks—managing the till, stock rotations, and safety compliance—all while upholding our high-mark performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Customer Engagement
- Welcome customers with energy and assist in finding their ideal products.
- Utilize in-store tech to check stock, recommend items, and guide the full customer journey.
• Shop Maintenance
- Keep the store floor pristine, fully restocked, and visually appealing.
- Ensure displays are current, fresh, and representative of our brand.
• Operational Support
- Manage daily front-of-store tasks—including till operations, stock replenishment, and compliance.
- Follow store guidelines and health & safety measures meticulously.
Skills & Experience Required
• Positive, energetic attitude for fast-paced, customer-driven retail environments. • Strong communication and teamwork skills to engage effectively with customers. • Willingness to upskill, adapt, and grow with support from team and leadership. • Flexibility to work diverse shifts—including weekends, evenings, and seasonal peaks.
