About the Role
As a Store Colleague, you’ll be central to delivering the JD Group experience every day:
- Welcome customers with enthusiasm and ensure they feel supported and excited by what we offer.
- Maintain a smooth shop floor by greeting customers with energy, keeping displays sharp, and replenishing stock.
- Play a key role in upholding our high standards for presentation and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with energy and expertise, offering tailored support for their product needs.
- Use in-store devices to check stock, provide product recommendations, and enhance overall customer experience.
- Ensure the shop floor remains clean, organised, and efficiently restocked, with displays AlIGNED with brand standards.
- Contribute to day-to-day operations, including:
- Performing till duties
- Restocking merchandise
- Adhering to store safety protocols and guidelines
Required Skills & Experience
- A positive, energetic attitude suited to a fast-paced, customer-obsessed retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including confidence in engaging customers and collaborating with team members.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities with support from the team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and during busy seasonal periods.
