About the Role: Store Colleague
As a Store Colleague, you’ll play a key part in delivering the JD Group experience every day, ensuring customers feel:

Your role includes:
- Enhancing the shop floor experience through energetic customer greetings
- Keeping displays sharp and well-presented
- Ensuring stock is always replenished
- Maintaining high standards in both presentation and service

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them discover products.
- Utilise in-store devices to:
- Check stock availability
- Share product options
- Provide full customer support
- Ensure the shop floor remains tidy, clean, and fully stocked.
- Maintain visually appealing displays that align with JD Group branding.
- Assist with day-to-day store operations, including:
- Operating the till
- Restocking inventory
- Adhering to safety and store guidelines
Requirements & Experience
Essential:
- A positive, energetic attitude suited to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong communication skills, including:
- Confidence in engaging with customers
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team
- Willingness to:
- Learn new tasks
- Take ownership of responsibilities
- Grow within a supportive store environment
- Flexibility to work across varied shifts, including:
- Weekends
- Evenings
- Busy seasonal periods
